We are here for our patients in these trying times. We now offer Telehealth for those that are unable to or do not wish to visit us in the clinic. You can have your physiotherapy appointment in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.
Will Telehealth benefit my condition?
A large amount of physiotherapy is about educating you on your injury and how to manage it. We can help you identify contributing factors and prescribe tailored exercise and release programs to help you achieve your health goals while unable to attend in the clinic.

What if I still need hands on treatment?
While we can give you excellent advice, stretches, ergonomic advice and exercises over the internet, sometimes you still need hands on treatment, your physiotherapist will access whether this is necessary for you.
What do I need for Telehealth?
- Internet access with camera and microphone/speakers available. Mobile phone, laptop or computer.
- Good lighting and somewhere you will not be disturbed
- Space to do your exercises
- Comfortable clothing for that we can see your body alignment during exercises
- Any rollers, ball or fitness equipment that you have access to at home

How do I pay for my appointment?
Payment can be made via bank details that will be email to you or via credit card over the phone.
Are there rebates from private health insurance?
The majority of health funds are accepting telehealth appointments at this time. If you are unsure please call your fund and quote item numbers 811 or 812 to find out if your health insurance company accept telehealth.
Is Telehealth covered by medicare, workcover or third party insurance?
In some circumstances Telehealth is covered by workcover, medicare and third party insurance please contact our friendly administration staff on 0410 559 856 to see if you qualify.
