Our Physiotherapy Services

Vitalis Physiotherapy employs a team of dedicated healthcare professionals who have years of global experience. They perform evidence-based and innovative physiotherapy treatments to help you revitalise and improve your well-being.

Our mission is to facilitate your recovery and achieve the best possible results, but we know that it is only possible if a physiotherapy treatment that you require is tailored to your requirements, condition, and abilities. To successfully treat a variety of conditions, we rely on the following physiotherapy services:

Dry needling is a physiotherapy treatment performed to help release sore knots in the muscles. It is beneficial for a range of musculoskeletal conditions, such as back pain, shoulder impingement, tennis elbow, MCL injury, sciatica, and more. We use fine, sterile acupuncture needles to help the muscles relax, gradually reducing pain and improving movement. The treatment is pain-free and, if performed by a trained professional, it is side-effect free as well.
