We are here for our patients in these trying times. We now offer Telehealth physiotherapy for those that are unable to or do not wish to visit us in the clinic. You can have your physiotherapy appointment in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.
Will Telehealth benefit my condition?
A large amount of physiotherapy is about educating you on your injury and how to manage it. We can help you identify contributing factors and prescribe tailored exercise and release programs to help you achieve your health goals while unable to attend in the clinic.

What if I still need hands on treatment?
While we can give you excellent advice, stretches, ergonomic advice and exercises over the internet, sometimes you still need hands on treatment, your physiotherapist will access whether this is necessary for you.
Vitalis Physiotherapy provides Telehealth appointments through Physitrack / Physiapp software. An initial Telehealth service is scheduled for 30 min and you will be invited via:
- Email – you will need to click the link to access your video consultation and provide your year of birth. Ensure that microphone and camera is enabled while your are using either laptop, phone or tablet.
- App – if you have a PhysiApp on your smartphone or tablet, then you will receive a notification about the video invitation. You can access the Telehealth consultation from the app.
We will send you videos of the exercises during your consultation and we will instruct you how to do them correctly so that you fully understand what we might want you to do. The exercise program is also sent to you via email or the PhysiApp so you will be able to watch the videos later on.
You can either pay for your Telehealth physiotherapy appointment electronically by depositing the payment into our bank account or over the phone with your credit card.
The majority of health funds are accepting Telehealth physiotherapy appointments at this time. If you are unsure please call your fund and quote item numbers 811 or 812 to find out if your health insurance company accept Telehealth physiotherapy appointments.
