How much notice we need, what happens if you cannot make it, and how to let us know.
At Vitalis Physiotherapy, our Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure we provide the best care and service to all our clients. To maintain fairness and optimize availability for everyone, we kindly ask for adequate notice when cancelling appointments.
1:1 SESSIONS
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
CLINICAL CLASSES
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
PERFORMANCE CLASSES
We require a minimum of 12 hours’ notice for cancellations.
NDIS
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
If you cancel outside the required notice period or do not attend your scheduled session:
The full fee will be charged.
For class packs, the session will be deducted from your pack.
