Before you come in

No referral is needed to see a physiotherapist. Bring one only if you are claiming through Medicare, DVA or WorkCover.

Scans and reports
Any X-ray, CT, MRI or ultrasound results you have had done.
Medicare and health fund cards
So we can claim your rebate on the spot through HICAPS.
Claim paperwork
WorkCover: work capacity certificate, claim number and case manager. CTP: GP referral, insurance paperwork and claim number.
Comfortable clothes
We need to see how you move and examine the sore area.
