A former NCAA Division I athlete and Australian representative in hammer and discus, who knows the return-to-sport road from both sides of the table.
Isabella holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from Bond University and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
That background in physiotherapy, exercise science and high-performance sport lets her pair clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of movement, strength and rehabilitation.
Having competed at NCAA Division I level and represented Australia in hammer and discus, she understands first-hand what injury, rehabilitation and returning to sport actually demand. She treats the full range of musculoskeletal conditions, from everyday aches through to sporting injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and return to sport.
She has a particular interest in women’s health, and completed research into postpartum return to sport as part of her Doctor of Physiotherapy.
Isabella takes the time to understand what each person is aiming for, combining hands-on treatment with progressive exercise rehabilitation. The goal is not only less pain but rebuilt strength, confidence and resilience that lasts.
