Your first visit

What actually happens when you arrive

No referral needed to see a physiotherapist. Bring one only if you are claiming through Medicare, DVA or WorkCover.

  1. Arrive five minutes early

    Park at the door in Sinnamon Park Village. Reception will have a short registration form for you.

  2. We listen first

    What happened, what makes it worse, what you need to get back to. Your goals shape the plan, not the other way round.

  3. Assessment and diagnosis

    A thorough physical assessment, explained as we go. Where it helps, we measure with gait analysis or AxIT force testing rather than guessing.

  4. Treatment on the day

    You will not just be assessed and sent home. Hands-on treatment starts in the first session wherever it is appropriate.

  5. A plan you leave with

    What we found, what we are going to do about it, how long it should take, and what to do between appointments.
